Magical lakeside plot with a cosy house 45 minutes from town and 5 minutes from Ösmo. Idyllic location on a beautiful lakeside plot with its own water, surrounded by lush greenery. As the last house on the road, with a plot framed by vegetation and water, we find ourselves here in a restful place without direct visibility. At the front, the open view and lawn stretch down towards the water. Here we enjoy sun, swimming and fishing on the adjoining private strip of beach and our own jetty. A rowing boat with oars is included in the purchase! For those who want to enjoy flora and fauna, this is the right place. The garden contains no fewer than 19 different berries and countless kinds of flowers as well as several fruit trees. Everything from strawberries, American blueberries and grapes to roses, honeysuckle and bleeding heart. In the lake we fish for perch and crayfish, and around the plot white-tailed eagle, moose and beaver are often seen. The striking vegetation and fantastic sunsets are best enjoyed from the large wooden deck that extends along the front of the house, or through the house's large glass sections with sliding door. The patio and jetty are located in the southwest with the best possible position in the sun. The interior of the house is characterised by abundant natural light and a beautiful plank floor throughout. From the dining room we enjoy the beautiful lake view, and in the evening the wood-burning stove in the kitchen provides warmth and a high cosiness factor. The bedroom accommodates both a king size bed and storage. Bathroom with a large shower, wc and washing machine. Both the bathroom and hall have comfortable underfloor heating. Furthermore, broadband has been drawn to the plot, water comes from a private well, and there is an insulated and heated storage space. Carport and parking space for several cars are available.
