Lövberg 13, Klimpfjäll

Only seven minutes from Klimpfjäll, an easily accessible smaller cabin is now offered. Here there is a kitchen with dining area, living room as well as a bedroom and a laundry room. From the living room there is also access to a lovely veranda. The plot is easy to maintain, covered with grass and trees, and located at a distance of just under 300 m down to the water. The area is a perfect starting point for wonderful snowmobile trips and a short trip to Klimpfjäll with its fine skiing. Throughout, bright rooms with painted walls and vertical wood panelling. The ceiling has natural-coloured wood and the floors have plastic matting. HALL/KITCHEN: The entrance leads directly into the kitchen, where there is space for outer clothing. The kitchen has storage behind white doors and drawers as well as a worktop. There is also a stove and a fridge. Below the kitchen is the dining area, which seats 4 people. LIVING ROOM: Here there is a normal-sized sofa group as well as an armchair. There is a door providing access to the veranda, which faces the back of the house. BEDROOM: The house has one bedroom that accommodates 2 single beds. On the plot there is a nice sleeping cabin.
