Logistics and industrial property adjacent to the E4 gets new owner

Svensk FöretagsFörmedling acted as advisor when Fågelsta Property AB sold a logistics and industrial property with a strategic location adjacent to the E4 in Mjölby to Tempcon Group AB.

Strategic location for a logistics property

For Tempcon Group AB, the deal represents an opportunity to strengthen its presence in Östergötland. The facility includes parking bays as well as a chilled and frozen goods terminal for temperature-controlled logistics. There is also a workshop and a public wash for heavy vehicles, which strengthens the service offering for both the company's own operations and external transport operators in the area.

The existing tenants will remain, and their operations continue unchanged. Tempcon Group AB will itself move into the vacant parts of the property.
