Here we are greeted by a veranda on one side of the house, from here we see the sea glittering in the distance. The house has two entrances, and we choose the one where we enter the extension part. On the floor we have grey tiles, and the walls are painted white like the rest of the house. Further in we find a guest WC, grey tiles and painted walls. Half a flight up we have a wonderful living room, large and with a broken roof in white-painted panelling, with parquet on the floor. Many windows provide lovely light, and a stove is the finishing touch – a truly delightful room to spend time in! Below the living room we have a basement, here the same grey tiles cover the entire floor except for the laundry room where there is a dark grey wet-room mat. We are greeted by a large room in the middle with a cosy sauna and shower cubicle, perfect to turn into your own home SPA – what everyday luxury! Here is also the laundry room – large with plenty of space. Washing machine and tumble dryer from Bosch, completely unused. One more room that can be used as a hobby room, exercise room, guest room, teenage room or whatever you need. Fresh and nice, and like the rest of the house fully newly renovated. We take the white-painted stairs back up to the upper floor and enter the kitchen, here we are struck by the large openable glass sections towards the wooden deck in the south – here indoors and outdoors flow together in a wonderful way. Here is an older beautiful stove that is not in use today but can easily be repaired if you want to use it to heat the house. Today it is only for decoration. Directly adjacent to the kitchen there is space for a large dining table that accommodates both friends and family! We continue into the house and pass the second entrance door on the way to the sleeping area. Here there are four bedrooms, three of which face the back of the house. All with laminate flooring and white-painted walls. The first accommodates a double bed and has its own exit to the garden, the second is smaller and only fits a single bed. The third is also large enough for a double bed and has built-in wardrobes. The fourth, located towards the front of the house, accommodates a double bed as well as a walk-in wardrobe. Here we also have a large bathroom, fully tiled in grey and white with a shower behind glass doors. Electric underfloor heating on the floor, spotlights in the ceiling.
