Ljungvägen in Lofsdalen is a newly established plot area just west of the village, strategically located close to most amenities. Both cross-country ski trails and snowmobile trails run adjacent to the area. Only a 20-minute walk to the village centre, where ICA, a restaurant, café, tourist office and Sportbod are located. Lake Lofssjön is also nearby. The building rights are generous, with a building area of 140 sqm and a building height of 5.2 m.
