About this home
Well-kept, easy to maintain and inviting – a home to enjoy all year round... Turn the key and the holiday can begin – right in attractive Ljungskogen – a lush and private home close to the sea, golf and long summer evenings. Description Along quiet gravel roads, nestled in lush greenery and with one of Ljungskogen's most restful locations, awaits a home that invites quality of life all year round. Here you live on a generous and secluded plot in a perfect south-west position, where the sun follows you from the morning's first cup of coffee to the evening's last glass of wine on the terrace. As soon as you turn into the driveway, a feeling of calm and seclusion sets in. The mature garden surrounds the house and creates a private setting where family and friends can gather without disturbance from the outside world. During the summer months, the generous outdoor areas transform into the home's natural living room – a place for long, warm dinners, barbecues that stretch on and spontaneous gatherings where the laughter continues long after the sun has set. The well-planned single-storey house of 143 m² is designed for socialising and togetherness. The heart of the house is the stylish Vedum kitchen with ample storage space, where cooking becomes a social experience and where guests love to gather while dinner is being prepared. The kitchen flows naturally into the spacious dining area and the living room with its wood-burning stove, creating open and inviting spaces for both everyday life and entertaining. The large window sections let in abundant light and make the greenery outside a natural part of the interior. The house also offers three nice bedrooms with good storage, as well as a separate guest room with its own access via the laundry room – perfect for overnight family and friends who like to stay a little longer. There is also both a fully tiled bathroom and a guest toilet, making everyday life comfortable even when the house fills with guests. The secluded plot of 2 492m² is an experience in itself. Carefully landscaped lawns, beautiful rhododendron bushes, protective hedges and several patios allow you to follow the sun throughout the day. Here there is room for play, relaxation, garden dreams and big summer parties – all in a private and harmonious setting. The location is hard to beat for those who appreciate nature, the sea and an active life. A refreshing morning dip in the Baltic Sea is just a short walk away, and for the golf enthusiast, one of Sweden's most appreciated golf courses awaits almost around the corner. Ljunghusens Golfklubb, with its classic links landscape and popular restaurant, is only a few hundred metres from the house. Here it is easy to let the day take shape according to weather and mood – a round of golf in the morning, a dip in the sea in the afternoon and dinner in the evening sun. All surrounded by some of Sweden's most beautiful coastal environments. With the bicycle as your companion, you can easily reach Höllviken, Skanör and Falsterbo with their charming surroundings, shops, restaurants and beaches. For those interested in golf, several of Sweden's most renowned courses are also within comfortable distance, with both Flommens GK and Falsterbo GK complementing the offering. In Skanör's harbour, a lively coastal life awaits with cafés, restaurants and a wonderful atmosphere all year round. At the same time, all imaginable services are close at hand, and good transport links take you smoothly to both Malmö and Copenhagen. Via Kastrup and Sturup, the world is also within reach.
