Brilliant ski location in Åre Sadeln Description The perfect apartment for the ski fanatic, with the slope passing right outside the door, taking you down to the Sadelexpressen lift, which then connects you to all of Åre's fine lift system. The layout is appealing and well thought out, with two bedrooms sleeping a total of six, a bathroom with sauna, and a spacious area with kitchen and living room in a social open-plan layout; here in the room there is also a stove strategically placed to help raise the cosiness factor of the apartment. The location is great, close to most things in Sadeln. Plenty of activities are right outside the door in both summer and winter; in winter you can ski easily all the way to the door, and likewise out from the apartment. During the summer there is the opportunity to enjoy adrenaline-filled cycling on the Åre bike park trail, in the immediate vicinity of the home. Or why not simply head out and hike through beautiful surroundings, feel the calm and wind down. The apartment is sold furnished, excluding the white sideboard, the small table next to the armchair and some personal belongings/accessories. To the right from the hallway there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other bedroom with two bunk beds and 3 wardrobes, making a total of 6 beds. To the left from the hallway we find the social area with living room, dining area and kitchen in an open-plan layout. The dining area seats 6-8 people. In the middle of the living room there is a fireplace, which can be enjoyed both from the sofa and from the dining area. Straight ahead from the hallway there is a fully tiled bathroom equipped with shower, wc, vanity unit, washing machine and sauna. Adjacent to the entrance is the ski storage room with a separate owner's share belonging to the apartment. The apartment has comfortable water-based underfloor heating throughout, powered by ground-source heat.
