Easily accessible growth property

The property consists of a well-arronded and accessible parcel with a total of approx 190 ha, of which productive forest land accounts for approx 147 ha. The total standing volume is approx 10 800 m3sk according to the forest management plan, which means an average volume of approx 74 m3sk per productive hectare. The site productivity is calculated at 2.9 m3sk/ha and year. The forest is a mixed forest where pine accounts for 50% of the total standing volume, spruce 36% and broadleaved trees 14%. The forest's age distribution is dominated by forests in cutting class G1, i.e. younger thinning forests aged 30-60 years, approx 59% of the forest area lies within this range. The property is part of Jokkmokk's common forest (Jokkmokks skogsallmänning).
