A perfect option for you who are looking for your first home, student accommodation or a centrally located overnight apartment, yet in a quiet setting. Here you get everything you could wish for! Such as an elevator, a proper kitchen with a dishwasher, a balcony and a bathroom with a washing machine – what more could one wish for? Come along and I will present the home in more detail.

Already in the hallway you are welcomed by the daylight from the bedroom window. Here there is plenty of storage space in two wardrobes. The living room is spacious – here only your own imagination sets the limits for how you wish to furnish. Perhaps a big favourite sofa, a TV unit, a display cabinet or why not a workplace as a dining set. It is also from the living room that we reach the lovely balcony, where you enjoy your afternoon coffee in the afternoon and evening sun. Back inside the apartment I notice the fantastic stone slabs that serve as window sills – imagine how beautiful natural materials can be. The kitchen is white and fresh and leaves nothing more to wish for, with plenty of space for cooking and fully equipped with a stove with oven, fridge and freezer, and after dinner you easily take care of the dishes in the dishwasher. There is also room for a smaller dining set here. The bedroom is somewhat smaller in size, but you have room for both a double bed and storage in additional wardrobes. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a vanity unit with sink, a WC and, as the icing on the cake, its own washing machine.

Here you live close to the Giraffen shopping centre with all the range of shops you could imagine. In addition, you have good bicycle connections to the pulse of the city, the university and swimming spots.
