The plot is located within a detailed development plan area with a building entitlement of 250 sqm of building area and an 8 m ridge height. Electricity, municipal water & sewage as well as an empty conduit for fibre have been drawn to the plot boundary. The plots are part of the Krokviksberget joint property association. In addition to the plot price, a connection fee of SEK 195,000 applies for water, sewage, empty conduit and the LTA station. The joint property offers access to, among other things, a barbecue area, a pedestrian and cycle path to a nearby bus stop for onward transport to and from workplaces, schools and into Sundsvall.
