A well-preserved industrial building on three floors with a basement and attic. It is unclear what the original business of this industrial building from 1947 was. In 1952, the attic floor was possibly fitted out and raised, and in 1960 the north façade received its first advertising text, ”Väskindustri”. In 1974, Svenska Lafayette Electronics inaugurated its manufacturing in the building. Two floors have been renovated with new ventilation. The current detailed development plan is outdated and is to be repealed; instead, area regulations have been introduced.
The stated net operating income is an assessment of market rent if all premises were let.
