On one of Sunnersta's most attractive addresses you will find this split-level (souterrain) house, which is also situated on a corner plot on the height with a wonderful view over both the neighbourhood and large parts of Uppsala.

Sunnersta is a district in southern Uppsala and the Gottsunda parish. Sunnersta lies at the mouth of the Fyris River where it flows into Lake Mälaren. Originally an independent urban settlement dominated by holiday-home development, Sunnersta is now part of Uppsala's urban area. Today Sunnersta is considered a quiet villa area, and the areas of Flottsund and Graneberg are counted as part of Sunnersta. Very few traces of the original holiday-home development remain. There are a few apartment buildings, but the emphasis in Sunnersta is on detached housing. This house is located in a calm and safe area. Here you have a 5–10 minute walk to preschools, school, football pitch, bus stops, church, pizzeria and grocery store. It is a 7–10 minute walk to the Sunnersta ridge and the forest with jogging trails, ski trails and downhill skiing in winter, as well as the Fyris River with canoe rental in summer. By bike you reach Lyssnaängsbadet and the summer camp at Alnäs in 9–10 minutes. A little further away is Skarholmen's new swimming jetty with a barbecue area. Midsummer can be celebrated on Liljekonvaljeholmen. There is also a dance floor and a clubhouse there. By car you reach Gottsunda centre in 7–8 minutes and have access to several grocery stores, shops, hairdresser, restaurants, health centre, pharmacy, library and swimming hall. There are good bus connections to the city centre. Or you can choose Uppsala's most beautiful cycle route – upstream along the Fyris River past SLU to the centre, or to BMC and Akademiska Hospital.
