The fee includes maintenance of the area, waste management, water, sewage and a cooperative supplement to the holiday home insurance. What you need to consider in addition to the monthly fee is the cost of the electricity you consume for heating and household appliances; the electricity cost is calculated from the previous year's consumption, which was 3,270 kWh.Municipal water and sewage are connected to the cottage and can be used all year round for those who want to stay in the cottage during the winter half of the year as well.
