BedroomA generously sized and lightly furnished bedroom with a well-thought-out whole. The large window surfaces provide generous light intake that interacts with the oak parquet and creates a bright, airy atmosphere. The room comfortably fits a large bed as well as a matching bedside table. Along one wall runs a spacious wardrobe wall with smooth sliding doors that swallow plenty of clothes and keep the surfaces free and organised. The bathroom is equipped with a large vanity unit, a mirror with built-in lighting, a separate bathroom cabinet for extra storage, and a towel dryer. The shower corner has a ceiling shower and shower wall. There is also a complete laundry section in the form of a laundry tower with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Guest apartment - Perfect when you have visitorsAs a resident, you have the privilege of renting the association's practical guest apartment in entrance 4B (ground floor). Perfect when you have loved ones visiting and want to offer them private and comfortable accommodation close by. The guest apartment accommodates up to four guests (two beds and a sofa bed) and can be booked for up to a week. It is equipped with its own bathroom, a kitchenette with crockery, as well as duvets and pillows. Association room & party tent - For birthdays and celebrationsAs a member, you have access to the association's spacious and well-equipped party room at Kedjebacken - a fantastic asset for birthday celebrations, crayfish parties or other larger gatherings. The room is rented out at a favourable price (currently 500 kr/day) and makes it easy to host a party. The room is furnished for up to 32 seated guests and fully equipped with crockery, glasses and cutlery for around 30 people. Coffee makers and pots are also available on site. During the summer, a party tent (10x8 m) can be rented for an additional 1,000 kr. Assembly and disassembly are done together, with two people from the board and two from your party helping each other - a perfect solution for summer's big celebrations!
