Åhus Seaside, an exclusive hotel with space for spa, restaurant, conference and party/event facilities, was completed ahead of the 2022 summer season.

When you wish to use your room, you book it via a request to the hotel. Subject to availability, bookings for personal use are accepted up to one week before arrival. When you are not using your room, it is available for rental via Hotell Åhus Seaside. All hotel rooms and suites that are simultaneously available for rental are placed in a rental pool. When hotel rooms from your rental pool are rented out, all owners in the pool share the revenue, so even if your particular room has not been rented during the period, you still receive a share of the revenue.

The current owner has used the room approximately 3-4 weeks per year and has had an income of approximately SEK 112,000 per 12-month period.
