Indutrade acquires Intergate

Svensk FöretagsFörmedling has brokered the shares in Intergate AB, which has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 40 million, to Indutrade AB. Project manager was David Hallbäck.

Intergate is a supplier of security products such as road barriers, access gates, bollards and security airlocks. Since 1995, Intergate has supplied companies, government agencies, sports facilities and airports on the Swedish market with flexible solutions for both personal safety and the regulation of vehicle traffic.
