Following procurement, the association has entered into a new favourable agreement with Bredablick and is gradually taking over more of the maintenance in-house. A settlement has been reached with the developer regarding the balconies, which provides compensation and enables preventive measures. Windows have been repaired and fire safety work has been carried out. During the year we have held joint fix-up and garden days with good turnout, something we wish to continue as it strengthens the sense of community.
