Welcome to Gubbmyren and Häxringsvägen 20 and this charming and rustic timber mountain cabin that has everything you could wish for for a wonderful stay in the mountains, summer and winter. The house consists of an entrance floor and a loft. The entrance floor has a living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. The bathroom with a sauna is perfect after a long day out on the slopes or the cross-country ski trails, which are located only a few hundred metres from the home. The home has a social and open layout between the kitchen and living room, which naturally becomes the obvious gathering place for spending time with family and friends. There is also a wood-burning stove that raises the cosiness factor. From the living room you step out onto the large veranda. Above the bedrooms there is a loft that is the perfect place for the slightly older children to hang out; it is furnished with two beds. The home has a total of 8 sleeping places. You have the opportunity to acquire Share E, corresponding to 1/6 of the association in House 5 in the housing cooperative Fritid in Sälen. The fixed weeks offered are 4, 5, 10, 19, 25, 26, 37, 49. In addition, there are weeks 41, 42, 43 and 44, which the members of the association jointly agree on who may use. Week 10 is at the beginning of March, which means snow is guaranteed and the skiing in the slopes is usually very good.
