The house is near the Länna shopping district, located about 2 minutes from the villa area. Water is included, garbage collection is included, parking space is included, private terrace. Electricity, heating, hot water and sludge emptying must be paid separately by the tenant. These are not included in the rent. The house has its own electricity meter which I subtract using the regular electricity meter in kwh. The water heater is shared with the other tenant to reduce costs. The heating system is an air heat pump on the upper floor and oil heaters on the lower floor. Parking spaces for up to 2-3 cars. It is a private sewage system that must be emptied about 1-2 times a year.
