Here you will find underfloor heating, a ceiling-mounted shower, WC, washbasin, heated towel rail and its own washing machine from Smeg. The bathroom fittings come from Burlington, and the dimmers, power sockets and ceiling and wall fittings are from Byggfabriken.

In the hallway and the passage towards the kitchen there is ample wardrobe storage as well as a spacious walk-in closet with room for hanging storage. The older wooden floor has been preserved unsanded and unlacquered to retain its natural patina. The apartment has double entrance doors and a decorative security gate. Included with the apartment is a storage unit of approximately 4–5 square metres. The refurbished inner courtyard is reached via the entrance on Timmermansgatan.
