BRF Hotellbyn Älgen consists of 12 apartments. The apartments are divided into six cosy four-bed apartments, four spacious six-bed apartments and two optimised 8-bed apartments. With sizes between 30-65 sqm, there is something for every need and taste. The apartments have an unbeatable location in Lofsdalen within walking distance of both cross-country ski trails and slopes.

This apartment consists of one floor with a very space-efficient layout of 65 sqm, accommodating three bedrooms (one without a window), a living room with kitchen and a stylish bathroom. At the hotel you can enjoy all the amenities. Here the children can play table tennis or watch a film and make new friends, while the rest of you relax after a day on the slopes and enjoy a quiet moment in front of the fire. There is a really good restaurant where you can have dinner whenever you feel like it, and a bar with a veranda where you can have a glass in the sun while those who wish can go home earlier and take it easy in the apartment.

When relatives and friends come to visit, they naturally get a discount on hotel accommodation. The mountain hotel is an extension of your home, so you do not have to think about how everyone will fit in. During the time when you are not staying in the apartment yourself, the hotel helps to rent it out. They take care of marketing, booking and guest contact. You only need to tell them which weeks you want to rent out, and they will arrange the rest. The current owner, for example, rented out the apartment for nearly 90 000kr gross in the 2025/2026 season. When purchasing an apartment in Brf Hotellbyn Älgen, a three-year brokerage and property service agreement with Lofsdalens Fjällhotell Drift AB is included. However, buyers are not obliged to rent out their apartment a certain number of weeks each year, but can decide for themselves whether and when they want to rent out.
