– With Svensk FöretagsFörmedling as the broker, we as buyers have been treated in a serious, transparent and professional manner, which in turn has facilitated our decision-making process, say the new owners in the form of CEO Christoffer Olbrich
– Svensk Företagsförmedling AB managed the sales process from start to finish. Throughout, they kept all the loose threads together and handled the process professionally so that it was always driven forward. They also served as a good sounding board along the entire way, which was important for me as a seller. Very positive was the large number of interested parties that were identified, which was an important part of evaluating the final buyer. My final choice of buyer fell on a company that gave us continued favourable development and that wants to carry the company forward, combined with the best bid, says Tony Johansson, one of the co-owners of Dalarnas Rör
– We think it is exciting to become part of something bigger and hope that we will be able to benefit from it in our future development. We had higher bids for the company, but we felt that we synced very well with Hjo Installation. Their concept simply suited us best, says Tony Johansson, pointing out among other things that they can keep both the name and the structure of the company and do not need to make any major changes.
Dalarnas Rör has grown strongly in recent years and was named both a super company and a gazelle company in 2021.
– Explanations can be hard, purposeful work and the fact that we have competent and very skilled staff. The biggest challenge, as for many other HVAC and plumbing installers, is finding more skilled employees. Demand for our services is constantly increasing, so we need to add fitters. We will also need to recruit an estimator as well as project managers so that we can take on somewhat larger projects going forward, says Tony Johansson.
