The cabin is being built in summer 2025 and is planned to be ready for move-in in autumn/winter 2025. The containers will be moved into place shortly, and construction is carried out with a focus on quality and carefully selected materials. Electricity will be connected, water is taken from the local water association, and sewage is handled via a newly installed three-chamber septic tank.

In addition, the home offers a wood-fired panoramic sauna with mountain views and a hot tub placed under cover on the terrace – perfect spots for relaxation after a day out in the mountain world.

The cabin is strategically placed on the plot to make the most of the views over Kittelfjället and Borkafjället in the west, Bergsjöfjället in the south and Henriksfjället in the north. Here you enjoy both day and evening sun, and during the winter the northern lights are a frequently recurring experience.
