HDW Data Sweden acquired by Infracom Group AB (Publ)

The sales mandate from HDW Data Sweden AB was an exciting project with several bidders, where Infracom emerged as the final acquiring party.

HDW Data has grown steadily over the years since its founding in 1987, with good growth and profitability, with the company operating in IT outsourcing. Through automation and smart remote systems, HDW Data lowers the customer's total IT budget while the end user receives a high level of service. Revenue is primarily distributed across contract revenues for services and support agreements.

The sellers' representatives Tomas Stigenberg, Magnus Edlund, Gunnar Jismark, Peter Stigenberg and Mats Stigenberg will remain active in the company.

Bo Kjellberg (CEO InfraCom) comments on the acquisition: ”HDW Data digitalizes workplaces, ensures information security and takes full responsibility for its customers' entire IT environment at a fixed price per user and month. With the acquisition of HDW, we strengthen our existing business with the goal of getting even closer to the customer and marketing all of the group's services. HDW's support and contract revenues amount to SEK 13.5 million on an annual basis and double our volume within the segment with good profitability”.
