Hamngatan 17, Simrishamn

On Hamngatan, with views of the harbour and the sea, lies the small street house with origins from the early 19th century. No. 17 lies safely between the tall neighbouring houses. The same family has lived and lived here for three generations, which bodes well for comfort. The main entrance was originally in the middle of the house, but in 1947/48 a major renovation was carried out, when the former passage towards the south made way for the new street entrance. An Österlen door, mullioned windows, a gossip mirror and limestone window sills provide atmosphere. The kitchen and wet rooms were renovated in the 1980s, so there is a need for updating. In addition to the living room, dining room, kitchen and shower room on the entrance floor, there are two bedrooms on the upper floor.
