With its secluded location you can enjoy the peace and quiet, while it is only 2 km to walk to the nearest train station, Djurås. The holiday home consists of a main building with a large living room/kitchen as well as a TV room. Here you will find all the amenities such as fridge, freezer and hot water. Adjacent to the main building there is also a recently built bathroom with a toilet (separett) and a shower. In addition, there are two separate guest cabins, each equipped with a bunk bed. The cabin is connected to the electricity grid. Water is taken from a nearby stream, and there is a heating cable in the water pipe. Sewage is simple, discharged into the ground beside the cabin. The water is therefore only for washing dishes and laundry. The plot is simple and easy to maintain, and at the property boundary there is a cattle enclosure where around 20 cows graze in the summer. There is a simple dirt road leading up to the cabin, so it is possible to get here by car. This road is used only by the cabin owner, and it is therefore the cabin owner's own responsibility to maintain the road as they see fit.
