Lejons Mäkleri proudly presents the prestige assignment Götarsvik Säteri, which has a particularly interesting and well-documented history. The corps de logi was built in 1756 in a Wijnblad-inspired style by the ennobled Nils Swedenstierna, with a beautiful and period-typical manor character, but it had already belonged to the Leijonhufvud family before the main building was erected. With a full 3.5 kilometres of shoreline and a main building of 850 sqm in solid stone consisting of 19 rooms, plus two adjoining wing buildings of 200 sqm each.

137 hectares of forest, 107 hectares of arable land, 45 hectares of pasture and approx. 250 hectares of water with numerous islands.
