The property dates from the early 1900s, and the apartments therefore possess a great deal of old-fashioned charm. The apartments have varying floor plans and also varying standards, with partially renovated kitchens and bathrooms. In many of the apartments, original details have been preserved. The attic apartments on the third floor were built in the 1990s. The communal laundry room was renovated and fitted with new machines in 2024. The little inner courtyard is probably among our very cosiest! Flowers and trees flourish here, combined with a green lawn and a patio with garden furniture in a pergola. The courtyard is highly appreciated by the tenants and is frequently used.
