Farm of approx. 50 ha outside Skivarp

Just east of Skivarp lies Tingaröd 5:2, a well-consolidated agricultural property of approximately 50 hectares with its adjoining farm centre. The property comprises a main residence as well as several farm buildings, including an older pig barn, a pig barn from the 1970s and a horse stable built in the 1980s. The arable land is rationally consolidated around the farm centre and divided into three cultivation plots. The farm centre enjoys an unobstructed and beautiful setting in gently rolling countryside, close to Skivarp, Skurup and the coast.
