Now this historic building is facing a new era with an extensive renovation beginning in 2025. With a strong ambition to preserve and reuse the building's unique qualities, Turitzhuset will be united with modern design and sustainable solutions.

The building's transformation includes a completely new structure, with a welcoming entrance from Gamlestadsvägen. The new entrance hall will become the heart of Turitzhuset – a vibrant meeting place with a café, restaurant and adjoining coworking spaces.
