After the former property was destroyed in a fire in 2022, Södra Noden has been developed to carry the site's legacy forward in a modern, future-proof form.

Transport links: Södra Noden's location by the E6 – Gothenburg's gateway – means a very high flow of commuters, commercial traffic and tourists. Convenient off- and on-ramps are offered right next to the property, creating excellent conditions for both retail and logistics.
