The house is located near Lenna shopping centre, which is approximately 2 min from the villa area. Water is included, waste collection is included, parking space is included, own patio. Electricity, heating, hot water, septic tank emptying must be paid separately. It is not included in the rent. The house has its own electricity meter which I deduct from the ordinary electricity meter in kWh. The hot water heater is shared with other tenants to reduce costs. The heating system is an air heat pump on the upper floor and oil heating on the lower floor. Parking spaces for up to 2-3 cars. There is a separate septic system that needs to be emptied approximately 1-2 times per year.
