Here you get fantastic views of the nearby mountains, cross-country ski trails just a few pole strokes away with varied skiing for both world elite and recreational skiers, as well as proximity to a snowmobile trail and cycling trail, easily reached via a transit road that runs through the area up to the mountain.

In Flon, Bruksvallarna, you turn off and drive across the Ljusnan river. You follow the Ljusnan for a while and then turn off towards the mountain, where this plot lies and awaits an owner who sees and appreciates the exclusivity of this secluded and beautiful location, where you can hear the Ljusnan babbling a little way down, the birds chirping, and perhaps catch a glimpse of a moose passing by. As the plot lies along an old shieling road with only a handful of cabins, there is generally no traffic passing your future home.

Cycling is available right outside the door on forest roads, and cycling trails exist in the area. In Funäsdalen village you will find a pharmacy, petrol station, healthcare centre, dentist, and larger and more shops for food, clothing, motoring, interiors etc.

The area contains approx. 15 developed properties with a mix of permanent residents and holiday homes. From the area you can see Kariknallarna, Skarvarna and Walles high-mountain hotel. Thanks to the permanent residents in the area, the road is ploughed up to where you turn off towards the plots. Street lighting exists from Flon to the beginning of the plot area, but not within the area itself.

In Flon there is one of the area's meat farmers who keeps the landscape open and alive, and here you can buy fine produce to fill your freezer with.

The plot lies outside the detailed development plan area and outside the area with municipal water/sewage. At just over 3000 sqm in size, there is plenty of space to roam.
