Here you can enjoy the magnificent feeling of living right in the midst of nature. The house stands free, high up, with fantastic proximity to flora and wildlife. The location is perfect for the family who appreciates skiing and snowmobiling as well as hiking and cycling in the rich mountain nature. Fine and well-maintained tracks and trails are a stone's throw away. For cold and chilly days there is a cosy grill hut to gather in. The spacious garage appeals to both skiers and snowmobilers, with room for both a waxing bench and snowmobile storage. The area is well planned with spacious natural plots that provide privacy between the houses, as well as heathland all around, preventing any closer development. The focus here is on nature and proximity to untouched mountain wilderness. The house and garage are positioned at an angle, creating a sheltered and private environment that enhances the feeling of being right out on the mountain. Inside, the house has a spacious and sociable layout with a wonderful great room where one gladly gathers for relaxation, socialising and cooking alike. There is a built-in stove that provides good warmth. If you want to warm up even more, there is a sauna with a large window that offers both a lovely connection to nature and pleasant relaxation. Next to the sauna is a large bathroom. The house offers up to 10 beds in three well-planned bedrooms. The nearest cross-country trail is Hovärksspåret, an 8 km groomed trail that takes you out onto the mountain and onwards to the rest of Lofsdalen's well-groomed trail system. From the cottage area there is a snowmobile access route out to Uppvallsleden. The area also features Uppvallen's charming summer farm village with activities and a café on public holidays and during school breaks. In summer you can both cycle and hike directly from the property. Uppvallen's location is also conveniently close to Lofsdalen's village centre. Four kilometres away there is an ICA store that is open around the clock with Bank-ID. During ordinary opening hours there are pharmacy products and collection of pre-ordered goods from Systembolaget. There are also restaurants, a café, a bakery, a petrol station and a sports shop. At Lofsdalen's mountain facility there are ski slopes, downhill trails, rental and other services, as well as a hotel, a padel hall and an activity house. Lofsdalen is the little village with the big skiing, which in recent years has grown into a year-round destination to be reckoned with. Cycle and multi-purpose trails for the whole family are being built here, and in Lake Lofssjön you can fish, paddle and swim. In summary, a perfect location both for action-packed days on the mountain and, at the same time, a tranquil setting for relaxation.
