Lillholm is located just outside the village of Södra Greda, about 2,5 mil northeast of Borgholm. Here you live with the sea on both sides, and when the urge to swim strikes, it is just a short walk to the headland with lovely gravel/sand bottom. The property consists of the cabin, a newly built courtyard building for future guest accommodation (insulated) and a storage shed, as well as a standalone outdoor toilet. The cabin has a hallway, three bedrooms, a living room with an open fireplace, a kitchen with a gas stove and a simple, fresh laundry room. The unbeatable location compensates for the property's simplicity; locations like this rarely become available on the open property market here on Öland – they usually stay within families. The property has access to water via a refillable tank. Currently there is no electricity connected down to Lillholm; the nearest connection is estimated by Eon to be about 6-900 metres away. A simple electrical system with solar cells is installed in the house, plus a fuel-driven generator.
