Here you live at a comfortable distance from lifts, ski slopes, restaurants and après-ski, while tranquility quickly settles in when you come home to the cabin. During the snow-free season there are excellent opportunities for hiking and cycling, with trails accessible via the area's roads and paths. From the living room you reach the terrace, where you can follow the light over the mountain from early morning to evening. The kitchen is conveniently located next to the living room and has ample work surfaces and storage. On the entrance level there is also a spacious and practical entrance hall with plenty of room for outdoor clothing and hanging space, a WC with washbasin, and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. In the basement level there is a bathroom/relaxation area with a corner bathtub, shower, sauna, washing machine and good space for changing. Here there is also a room with space for a family bed as well as access to the garden. On the plot, the accommodation is complemented by a guest cabin with custom-built beds and a bathroom with shower and WC. In total there are 8 beds distributed between the main house and the guest cabin, which together provide a well-thought-out mountain home that is easy to enjoy and use year-round. Two freestanding storage sheds and an EV charging point are available. The property is rented out through Skistar for the 2025/2026 season. Historical income has amounted to approximately SEK 100,000 after deduction of Skistar's commission, with two high-season weeks excluded.
