Now is the opportunity to acquire a generously sized plot of 1627 sqm in the expanding Framnäs/Ekeby-Almby area. Here, the detailed development plan gives you the opportunity to build up to 250 sqm of building area and two floors. The area will be provided with municipal water and sewer lines, fibre and lit streets, which is estimated to be completed during the summer of 2022. Once the water and sewer lines have been extended in the area, building permits can be granted in accordance with the detailed development plan. The plot currently consists of a flat lawn with a few apple trees.
