This housing cooperative has 34 apartments and is located in the charming Vasastan district of Örebro.

Barbecue on the balcony

According to a decision at the annual meeting on 2017-04-10, barbecuing on the balcony may only be done with an electric grill. On the lower level/patio, it is permitted to barbecue with other grills, provided that the grill is pulled out a bit from the patio.

A charging station is available in connection with all garage spaces; to be able to charge, contact the cooperative's person responsible for parking spaces, camilla.haglund@orebro.se, and agree on which month you wish to start using the charging station.

- You will receive a supplementary agreement for your garage space

- You will receive login credentials for Zaptec's portal, where you can, among other things, monitor your electricity consumption

- You will receive an RFID tag as well as an instruction manual for the charging box describing how charging is done.

- Electricity consumption is read automatically at the spaces that use charging stations. The user is charged in the same way as hot water consumption is today. The cost appears on the rent invoice on a separate line.

Costs:

- The monthly fee is 100 kr/month (fixed cost)

- The electricity cost is 1.60 kr/kWh (variable cost that may change depending on how electricity prices develop over time)
