Fjällterassen 3 consists of 16 apartments that will be converted to tenant-owned apartments during 2025. First come, first served – contact the responsible agent for more info on which apartments are available/reserved.

Here you can simply move in and enjoy everything Lofsdalen has to offer. The location could hardly be better, as it offers excellent sunshine and a well-planned layout. Fantastic pistes are just around the corner, the cross-country trails are a short walk away, and restaurants/activity buildings are within gliding distance. If you want to get to Lofsdalen's cosy village centre, it is a walk of about 10 minutes. There you will find shops, restaurants and a newly opened bakery. This is one of the few places where you can actually leave the car at home in the parking lot all week if you want! The homes are sold at a fixed price, and it is first to choose and sign a contract that counts. The image feed will soon show which ones are sold and available.

With smart planning, the four bedrooms with a total of 8-10 sleeping places have been divided and placed as pairs at each end of the home. Adjacent to each bedroom pair is a bathroom with a shower, one of which of course has the obligatory sauna. In the middle of the apartment is the large living area, combining kitchen and living room. Here everyone has plenty of space, both at the dinner table and in the sofa corner.

For those who wish to work remotely or just enjoy a streamed film, fibre is installed. All kinds of functions and conveniences are available here. From the area you can enjoy beautiful views of the ski resort and the fells. Why not take a break from the skis, sit down on a warming reindeer hide on the balcony or patio and enjoy a wonderful and carefree mountain life!

The homes are sold fully furnished with associated fixtures. The photos were taken in one of the apartments, which was arranged for the photo shoot with, among other things, textiles and other interior details (these are not included). Furnishings and fixtures may differ between the various apartments.

The apartments are currently rented out through Destination Lofsdalen. Good rental opportunities are available through Destination Lofsdalen and Lofsdalen Home, which offer different arrangements. A new owner can choose to continue renting and sign their own rental agreement with the lessor of their choice, or not rent out at all. Contact the respective lessor for more information.

This particular apartment is located on the lower floor and has its own patio.
