Fine forest property with possibility of joint purchase

The property consists of four parcels with a total of approx. 160 ha, of which productive forest land accounts for approx. 123 ha. The total standing timber volume is approx. 11 000 m3sk according to the forestry plan, which means an average volume of approx. 90 m3sk per productive hectare. The site productivity is calculated at 3.1 m3sk/ha and year according to the forestry plan. The ground conditions are normal for the area. The road network covers parts of the property and is of relatively good standard. The dominant tree species is pine, which accounts for approx. 55 % of the total standing timber volume. The forest's age distribution is dominated by middle-aged forest. One of the parcels consists largely of a peat extraction area.
