Our hallway is bright and spacious and leads us into the large living room with a fine window section and a balcony door out to the balcony. Here we easily have room for both a sofa group and a dining set if we so wish. There is, in fact, also space for a dining set in the kitchen, where we also find good work surfaces, good storage and integrated white goods. The bedroom accommodates a double bed and has good storage in built-in wardrobes with practical sliding doors, and the large bathroom is fully tiled and offers its own laundry facilities. This is an apartment to move straight into - and to enjoy!

The association has a cosy courtyard with grassy areas, a small playground for the youngest, pergolas and barbecue facilities. Below the courtyard there is a garage, bicycle parking and storage, and in the neighbouring association there is a guest apartment which the members of Brf Gjuta can rent at a cost of SEK 350/night. In Limhamns Sjöstad we live close to the sea and nature while also having easy access to grocery shops, schools and restaurants - and only a short distance into the city.
