About this home
At the end of the road, where the sea meets the land, a new and unique residential quarter is taking shape in Dalarö – consisting of villas, semi-detached houses and apartments – where history, the present day and the surrounding nature have all been sources of inspiration. On the site where the renowned Strand Hotell once stood, the well-reputed Imola is now creating a new era at the water's edge. Here, an area of architectural elegance and carefully considered expression is being formed. The project comprises 29 exclusive homes distributed across eleven buildings of varying sizes, shapes and placements. Their volume and scale have been drawn from the surrounding environment to blend naturally into the character of Dalarö. Glass verandas and varied facades bring life to the quarter and connect with the town's building tradition. Hotellbryggan consists of a varied palette of homes, sizes and types with timeless interior styles in high-quality material choices. Oak floors from Timberwise, Dornbracht taps, Miele appliances, tiles from Bricmate and switches from Berker, to name a few. Several of the houses will stand on a shared garage level. Each home comes with a garage space accessed by lift. The larger buildings face surrounding squares and walking paths, while smaller houses with one or two homes are placed further into the area. The tallest building is placed on an elevation, approximately where the old hotel stood, as a reference to its historic dominance in the landscape. Since the ground slopes towards the water, several of the buildings will have basement levels, with up to four floors facing the sea. Welcome to homes beyond the ordinary at Brf Dalarö Hotellbrygga.
