Enerwex AB in Växjö gets a new principal owner

Interest in environmental technology is growing rapidly, and with its offering, Enerwex AB is one of the brightest shining stars on the Swedish market in Energy and Passive House technology.

When one of the co-owners wished to increase the focus on the Passive House side, the company began looking for a new strong partner. The choice ultimately fell on the Solwers Group.

Solwers is a Finnish-Swedish group of companies that specialises in bringing together skilled companies with different competences within the technical consulting and construction industries. The Solwers Group consists of companies in various parts of the construction industry and the technical consulting industry. The majority of Solwers' group companies are located in Finland, but since 2019 the expansion has also been ongoing in Sweden. The operations of each group company are based on their own strong competence and are run independently under their own names. Solwers' business model combines each company's competence into a complete service offering that meets the market's demand today and in the future – while the individual companies' market knowledge, efficiency, agility and entrepreneurial spirit live on.

As Enerwex is acquired by Solwers, Enerwex's owners, Evelin Jonsson, Tommy Wesslund and Robin Fritzson, simultaneously become co-owners of Solwers. Robin Fritzson will continue to lead Enerwex as CEO.
