Ellstorpsgatan 3D, Malmö - Apartment, 2 rooms, 41 m²

On the third floor we find this space-efficient two-room apartment with an unobstructed view.

We are greeted by a renovated kitchen with space for a dining area. The living room offers plenty of room for both a sofa and additional space for a dining area, as well as a large window section that lets in plenty of light and overlooks greenery. In the hallway we find a generously sized walk-in closet with ample storage space. Add to that a bathroom that was renovated in 2020 in connection with the association's main pipe replacement. Outside the gate we are met by the green Ellstorp area, and around the corner we find good bus connections that easily take us into the city center. A warm welcome to the viewing!
