Now you have the chance to become the sole owner of 100% of house M 11, the large house of 71 sqm with three bedrooms. The location is so good that you can ski from the house to the lift, which takes about 5 minutes, and getting from the lift to the cabin takes about 2 minutes. One of the better locations in the lower part. As sole owner, you can choose to take the income by renting out the house when you do not have time to be at the cabin yourself, or you can use it entirely yourself and also furnish it however you like. The interior is attractive with light floors and light walls, and the furnishings are in a suitably dark tone against the light. The kitchen cabinetry is also white. The countertops have been replaced, also in a dark tone against the white tiles and kitchen cabinetry. On the terrace, the sellers have built a ski storage. The roof of the house should be mentioned as having been replaced.

Light floors and walls throughout make this house more pleasant. Large social areas in the main cabin allow the whole family to spend time together and have a good time. From the main cabin, you step out onto the terrace, which is roofed and pleasantly faces nature. It is also nice to sit here when the sun is shining. The house has three bedrooms at the other end from the main cabin, one large room with a double bed and two smaller ones with bunk beds; a shower and sauna are of course included, the sauna being a natural part used after a day on the slopes. As a luxury and for convenience, there is also a washing machine. A large storage room next to the entrance door where outdoor clothing can be stored after the day's activities. Some cabins have converted this storage space into a bedroom, which the new owner can also do if they want an additional bedroom.

In winter, there is skiing right outside the house, both cross-country and downhill. Fine long snowmobile trails are also right outside. You park the snowmobile behind the house when you do not want to use it. In summer, it is nice to be at Lake Lofssjön fishing; otherwise, there are fine hiking trails and cycling trails that are very popular. There are of course other activities as well.

The houses are specially designed for Lofsdalen and have a low, ground-hugging profile to blend into the mountain nature on the southern slope of Hovärken.

Lofsens Fjällby was built by HSB-BPA between 1978 and 1980. The cabin area consists of 143 holiday cabins divided into 10 house groups with 7 cabins in each. These groups are located in the upper area and contain 70 cabins.

In the lower area, there are 5 groups with a total of 73 cabins. The cabins are detached and situated on a southern slope with good adaptation to the terrain. The cabins are well equipped with, among other things, a sauna, wood-burning stove, cable TV, WiFi and a dishwasher. This cabin has an air source heat pump.

Lofsens Fjällby is located adjacent to the lift system and with a trail network for cross-country skiing.
