About this home
With sea views, several terraces and an elevated position amid mature greenery, this architect-designed villa from 2004, designed by Henrik Wannfors at Brygghuset Arkitekter, is situated. The architecture takes advantage of the site's level differences, light and views towards the water through large window sections and well-placed outdoor spaces. The interior is characterised by recurring material choices in solid oak, grey limestone, black slate and oak parquet. A site-built stove forms a clear focal point in the social area, while a solid oak staircase leads on to the loft and roof terrace. The garden is framed by local granite walls, plantings and terraces, complemented by a jacuzzi, carport, insulated storage room and garden shed.
