Here there is room for a large sofa group and dining seating for 6-8 people, if not more. Further on we find a small guest toilet and a smaller bedroom adjacent to the kitchen, before we take the beautiful staircase one floor up, where we are met by a spacious hall with access to the home's balcony. A perfect spot for the day's first cup of coffee, with views of Turning Torso and the rooftops of the area.

We begin by exploring the fine master bedroom upstairs, with an original tiled stove, a fitted walk-in closet with underfloor heating and a fantastic private bathroom, en-suite - with shower and double basins. Back in the living room on the entrance level, we turn our attention to a carved wooden door right next to the open fireplace, and surprisingly find a completely different era in the basement's almost medieval feel. Rumour has it that a previous owner was so fascinated by the period that he had his own, castle-like world created down here - where today's guest quarters are located. Either way, it works, when the medieval meets the modern, including a beautifully appointed bathroom with a built-in bathtub and a large laundry room with an enormous amount of storage.

This is a home out of the ordinary - and a home that must be experienced in person.
