Approx. 6 ha arable land in Orås

An opportunity is now offered to acquire approx. 6.2 ha of well-rounded arable land in Orås. The land is consolidated in one plot. The property is easily accessible from public road. The sale concerns part of a property, therefore a buyer must have the possibility to register the arable land as a property division to an already owned property in the area. The area according to measurement on map is approx. 6.2 ha, blue area, and approx. 1.3 ha, yellow area. On the blue area there is currently meadow and the yellow area is pasture land. The yellow area has previously been used as arable land. The part of the property being sold is free from buildings. The hunting rights are not leased out but pass to the buyer on the date of possession. The seller currently cultivates the land himself, therefore a buyer is given the opportunity to cultivate the arable land under a lease agreement before a property division is completed. A buyer is also given the opportunity to purchase land marked in yellow on the attached map. A buyer must have the possibility to register parts or the entire area as a property division to an already owned property. If the entire area or parts of the area are registered as a property division to a property owned by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the application for property formation and bears the cost of the procedure. The buyer and seller shall be obliged to accept minor adjustments regarding the area's boundaries, area or similar which may be determined during the procedure. Possession takes place when the land surveying procedure has acquired legal force. The entire property Hörby Orås 8:16 has a share in the following drainage enterprises: No. 12 and 14 Östraby. The part of the property which the sale concerns is sold free from mortgages. No mortgages are included in the sale.
