BS Bilservice shifts up a gear with new owners

Lemek Holding AB has successfully divested Bilservice i Landskrona AB (BS Bilservice) to Nordslingan Holding AB. The sellers are very pleased that two car enthusiasts with industry knowledge have acquired the company. This makes it possible to continue running the company in the same spirit. Svensk FöretagsFörmedling has been an active advisor to the sellers.

BS Bilservice was founded in 1981 by Benny Andersson and Stefan Nilsson. Eleven years ago, Linus Ek and Magnus Ek had the privilege of taking over the business, a well-established general car workshop that is part of Mekonomen. The company is appreciated for its solid expertise and good customer service, built up through committed staff, strong collaborations with suppliers and long-standing partnerships.

The previous owners have secured the future of the business by staying at the forefront of technology development and sustainability work. The business today has a turnover of approximately SEK 15 million and stable profitability. The company has good prospects for continued expansion with its new owner Nordslingan Holding AB, owned by Peter Lindskog and Arben Shipshani, both with long experience in the industry.

The sellers comment on the sale as follows:
