The residences are characterised by attractive architecture, generous natural light and well-planned spaces. The homes comprise generous social areas, an airy kitchen, four to five bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sauna and a terrace spread over two floors. The living room with a wood-burning stove and space for a sofa group and dining table is the home's natural gathering place. It is easy to picture large dinners with friends as well as cosy game nights by the fire here. The consistently high ceilings create a fantastic sense of space while light flows in through the windows that frame the landscape outside. The terrace with a fireplace becomes an extra outdoor room and a natural extension of the home. Here you can host barbecue evenings or sauna nights under the starry sky.

Storage is extra important in the mountains. Skis, boots, poles and helmets need to be stowed away, preferably in a smooth and tidy manner. That is why the homes naturally feature smart, sleek storage spaces and cold storage rooms that take care of the ski equipment as well as the hiking backpack.

The walls are clad in light Jämtland panelling, the joinery in the kitchens is painted in a warm grey shade and the ceiling is painted white. The floors are wood parquet throughout, except in the bathrooms and hallway where there is light-grey porcelain tile. Both floors are equipped with underfloor heating.
